Returns. From Modigliani to Morandi

The Return of an Extraordinary Work: The Only Self-Portrait by Amedeo Modigliani.

Apice had the honor of managing the logistics service for the installation at the Museo Novecento in Florence.

This masterpiece, one of the most valuable works globally, will arrive in the Tuscan city on the occasion of the exhibition “Returns. From Modigliani to Morandi.”

The exhibition marks a historic moment, gathering for the first time about fifteen works by illustrious masters of Italian 20th-century art, all from the collection of Alberto Della Ragione.

Among the notable pieces are Giorgio Morandi’s “Metaphysical Still Life,” Carlo Carrà’s “The Enchanted Room,” and Renato Guttuso’s powerful “Crucifixion,” works of inestimable historical and artistic value, loaned by prestigious Italian and international museums.
